Returns & Refund Policy

1. Can I cancel my order and get a refund?

You can cancel or amend your order within 12 hours of your date of purchase. We do not accept cancellation after the specified time frame because the order will be processed by then and sent for shipment.

2. What is your policy for returns and exchanges?

We value our esteemed customers and are proud to say that we are the only K-Pop shop that offers FREE returns & exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order.

If you are not 100% happy with your order, just let us know and we will take care of it right away. 

Note: you just have to pay the shipping fee for re-sending your package if you require an exchange. Apart from that, you don't have to pay for any other charges.

3. Can I exchange an item for a larger or smaller size?

Yes we do. But to save you the hassle of having to return the item for an exchange, please check the size chart in the product's description. All of our products have different measurements, so it is very important to compare the measurements of each product to the measurements of a garment you own at home for accuracy.
